Energy Secretary Miatta Fahnbulleh is reportedly leaning towards rejecting the Rosebank oil field in the North Sea

Energy Secretary Miatta Fahnbulleh is reportedly leaning towards rejecting the Rosebank oil field in the North Sea, according to the Guardian.
She is said to believe it would do less for UK energy security than Jackdaw, the gas field approved this morning, because most of Rosebank's oil would be exported. No final decision on Rosebank has been announced yet.
